El seleccionado iraní Ashkan Dejagah fue citado por el Comité de Ética de la Federación de su país por exhibir sus tatuajes durante los partidos de su equipo Tractor Sazi, además de mostrarlos en sus redes sociales. 

Dejagah es uno de varios jugadores que cuentan con innumerables tatuajes en los brazos, una situación que no ha sido bien vista por la sociedad en su país, pues desaprueban este tipo de acciones debido a que va en contra de los valores islámicos. 

A pesar de que hay inconformidad con esta situación, no hay alguna ley que prohíba los tatuajes en Irán, de acuerdo a información que dio el criminólogo Mohammed Nasl al periódico Shahrvand. 

“No existe una prohibición legal de los tatuajes en Irán”, comentó Nasl, quien además aseguró que los jóvenes describen a los tatuajes como “obras de arte”. 

Asimismo, Ashkan mostró su molestia ante esta situación en sus redes sociales, comentando que él solo trata de hacer su mejor trabajo en la cancha, que es donde deberían criticarlo.
